Pumpkin Cookies

Icing Smiles is non profit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treat to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. I was honored and thrilled to have been asked, not once but twice to be a baker to provide a cake for two special families in my area. Shortly after doing such another branch of the group has emerged, Cookie Smiles. Providing cookies to children around the United States working towards bringing a smile to a child who has just received a package addressed to them in the mail. November's theme was pumpkins. I created 2 dozen cookies, boxed them up and set them to bring a smile.
