Happy Birthday Narja!
This special cake was for our dear friend Narja who was celebrating a big birthday and wanted to have a special cake to help celebrate. We were invited to a small get together with them and several friends. I had full creative liberty with the cake and I wanted to recreate a present cake. The entire cake, except the bow on top is buttercream!!
Happy Birthday Narja!
Thank you for letting me create your special cake

Cupcake Bite Bouquet
I was contacted by one of the French teachers at Providence High School again this year to help out with their French Honor Society Inductions. Last year I made individual cupcake bites for the students to have in small boxes. This year we went with the same idea but as cupcake bites in a bouquet.
Here are 50 cupcake bites arranged in two baskets.

Cupcakes Galore!
This week, despite us going out of town, has been busy, but a good busy with LOTS of cupcakes!
These cupcake bites were for a friend who was traveling up to Maryland to see her Grandmother.
These yummy, chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with Oreo buttercream were for my husband and his staff at the box office.
These yummy yellow cupcakes with a pink swirl and chocolate shavings were for a sweet little girl who was celebrating her 5th birthday at school with her friends.
Then my neighbor wanted to have some cupcakes for a baby shower this weekend.
Then the left over cupcakes were given to my husband to take to share with some friends!

Olivia's 5th Birthday
Jewels for Julia
For a wonderful family and beautiful little girl, I was thrilled to be able to make their littlest first birthday cake. Mom wanted to a have a jewel theme party.
So here is my first attempt at making edible jewels with isomalt! Fun stuff, easy to use, but watch out, it can burn your fingers.
I covered the cake with sanding sugar and edged the cake with a light pink and pale green border to match the invitation colors.
And of course Julia had her first smash cake to eat too!
Happy 1st Birthday Julia!
Let's Paint!
For the same family who was celebrating with the monkey cake, Annalyse, Will's sister was celebrating her birthday at Dish It Out, a local pottery place where you paint your own pottery. This was such a cute idea to do, these are cupcakes, shaped and iced as a paint palette! Cute, huh?
Happy Birthday Annalyse!
Just being a monkey!
Here is a sweet monkey cake I made for a little boy who goes to the same preschool as my two. He was sick a few weeks ago with Mono, poor guy, but he is feeling better so mom and dad are celebrating this weekend instead!
Happy Birthday Will!
