These cookies were for a sweet little girl who was turning 3 last week. Most of my family lives up north in New Jersey and my godmothers little girl was turning 3. I had come to find out that her regular cake lady was going to be out of town and was unable to make her birthday cake. If I only lived closer I would make her cake in a heartbeat...but instead I came up with a different idea. I decided to make and send cookies.
